She was careful in selecting items that went with the colors and flooring of our house. She was also very careful with our new floors and we were very pleased to see that they did not get a single scratch. Our backyard looked so welcoming and appeared so much larger than it really is. She suggested that she come over to see the house while it was it in the Remodel stages and would give me some suggestions and recommendations. She came over along with my Realtor Renu Singh from Pinnacle and walked the house and gave the most amazing suggestions. My realtor 100% agreed and said that with Kim's suggestions the House would show amazing and we would have even better chances of selling it. I incorporated Kim's suggestions by closing up some walls making my 5 bedroom house into a 6 bedroom house and separating the Living Room from the Dinning Room. When the house was completed with the Remodel Kim came back with all her furniture and set up everything above and beyond my imagination. I believe with her Eye and Talent I got over $150,000 of my asking Price. I do not think I could have got the much if it wasn't for Kim's Eye. I would HIGHLY recommend Kim and Style My Space.

Longer version: I wanted a style of french door with a screen set into the door vs. a separately framed screened door that I was having a hard time describing to my contractor and could not find a picture of on line. I thought there might be a specific name for this type of door and randomly called Style My Space, thinking that a designer might be able to give me the name of the door so I could look it up online and show my contractor. Turns out this style of door is no longer made. This is where Kim got really awesome - she asked me what problem I was trying to solve by not having a separately framed screen door and then helped me find a solution for it. How many professionals take the time to do that!? If they pay this type of attention to a rando call from the general public, then they must be amazing to collaborate with professionally!

  I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. It speaks volumes that six months later I am still thinking of how wonderful my experience was engaging... Read more on Yelp Wanda and George to design my space. I told them a little about me and gave them carte blanche to do whatever they wanted within my budget, and I couldn't be happier. This is a second home for me, so they needed to purchase everything from plate ware to towels to artwork and furniture. They ran a few pieces by me that were a little outside my comfort zone, but they encouraged me to take the leap, and I am so happy that I did. I get compliments on my place constantly, and friends tell me that it is "soooo me." it's amazing that they knew just what I'd like after only meeting me a handful of times.

What's more, I was out of town the entire time they were preparing, and they took care of everything without me needing to lift a finger. The ONE thing I wasn't crazy about (a pillow), they exchanged quickly, and every interaction (phone, text, email) was handled promptly, professionally, and with enthusiasm, which made the whole experience less stressful and a lot more fun.

The best part is, they not only met my tight turnaround, they also fell under my budget and I actually got a refund! I am considering upgrading to a two-bedroom unit or townhouse when my lease expires, and you can bet they will be the first ones I call to design the new space.

  We just finished a two year high end spec. house project and hired Style My Space to do the the staging. We are so glad we did.
... Read more on Yelp /> The whole process was easy and seamless. I called Kim and she came to see the space quickly and at my convenience. I had a budget number that I needed to stick to, so I told her what that was and she let me know what she felt she could do for the money. I agreed, she sent me a contract, I signed it and the deal was done. Easy.

On staging day Kim's team worked efficiently. They are all friendly, professional and polite. All of them had a good vibe and seemed happy doing what they were doing.

I'm especially impressed with Kim's what I call "soft skills", she was very adept at managing the creative process with us. Up until then we had done all the creative on the house except the architecture, so of course we had strong opinions. Kim knows how to listen, guide and take suggestions while staying in control of the project. I liked that when she had a different p.o.v. as me, she always justified her ideas and I found that I changed my mind, once she explained it to me.

Several of the agents that have been through the house have asked, who did your staging? Of course I handed Kim's card over with a high recommendation.

I also had a chance to work with Wanda on another project. She was so much fun and really listened to my needs. She understands interior design, has tons of experience, and it showed.   Kim and her staging company, Style My Space were absolutely fantastic! My husband and I bought a house that we realized wasn't going to work for us after a whole... We were worried because all the homes around us had been on the market for a few months without any offers so we decided to hire Kim to stage the home as it is pretty large (2,700 sf) and looked pretty empty.

Let me start by saying that from the first phone call Kim was nothing but professional and efficient. We called her on a Friday and by Wednesday the staging was completed, all in one day I might add. Her taste is impeccable and her professionalism is impressive, she worked within our budget and never once complained.

I also want to say that this redesign was done at a studio with many, many restrictions (no painting the walls, no moving desk, etc). Wanda and George were able to work around these restrictions and added color to a stark white wall with colored shelving and amazing wall decal art.
